Drink up
Try to drink 2 litres of water today.
This is a good way to flush harmful toxins from your body, helping you look good and feel great.
Staying hydrated also reduces the risk of muscle injury during exercise.

Well, this seemed pretty apt considering last night’s champagne intake! I had luckily pre-prepared and put a 2 litre bottle of mineral water in the fridge, so when I got up this morning I started the re-hydration process straight away.
Drinking that much water wasn’t too hard and I actually ended up drinking more throughout the whole day. Using the bottle made it easy to keep track of how much I was drinking.
I tend to drink a lot of water anyway, but I think dedicating a day here and there to taking in more than usual could only do me good.
