Dance
Do some dancing today.
If you’re staying in, turn up your favourite tunes and dance around your bedroom.
Be energetic and have some fun – dancing is a great work out.
If you’re going out this evening, hit the dance floor with your friends.

This coincided nicely with my social plans. Although I wasn’t exactly planning to ‘hit the dance floor’, I did have a family get-together in the evening and there was plenty of opportunity to have a dance.
I wasn’t really conscious that I was doing my daily ‘exercise’, which made it even easier and when I got home I still felt all virtuous.
I’m not sure about the health benefits of all that champagne though…
