For four weeks my boyfriend has been patiently putting up with things like my early morning stretching and running up and down the stairs, but I thought it was about time I got him more involved.
Getting him out and about for a walk wasn’t too hard - he rides to and from work every day anyway so is reasonably fit and healthy. Plus he brought along the added benefit of being lot taller than me, which made it easier to keep walking at a brisk pace just so I could keep up with him!
Having someone to talk to made today’s walk much more enjoyable than when I did it on my own right at the beginning of the year, and meant that exercising didn’t feel as much of a chore.
