Tricep toning
Hold a small bottle of water above your head with your arms straight.
Bend at the elbow to lower the bottle towards your shoulder, then straighten.
Repeat 10 times, then swap arms.

My body hates me. All it would let me do when I got home from work was crawl into bed and sleep until dinner was ready. I think my arms might have literally fallen off if I’d tried to do anything clever and active with some water bottles.
I’m beginning to be unconvinced about the ‘Happy’ bit of this month’s exercising. Ok, so I’m feeling sorry for myself and indulging in a little melodrama - it’s helping me feel better!
Hopefully the guilt will push my immune system into overdrive so I can do something energetic tomorrow.
