Stretch backwards
Stand evenly on two feet, interlock your fingers behind you and raise your arms upwards, pushing out your chest.
Repeat 10 times.
This stretches the muscles in the front of your chest, which is especially important if you spend a lot of time sitting in a C-shaped position.
Report
Despite the fact that I can’t stop sneezing and can only breathe through one nostril, today’s activity wasn’t too punishing.
I think my cold might have made my position in front of the computer today even more C-shaped than usual, so a good stretch when I got home definitely loosened me up.
P.S. I think I ended up walking home last night slower than usual, so starting to feel a bit guilty about this week's effort.
