Travel exercise
When travelling today, sit tall in your seat, hold in your tummy muscles for 10 seconds and then release.
Repeat as often as possible throughout the journey.
If you’re walking, try to do so faster than usual.

However tempting it was this morning to catch the bus to work and cough and sneeze all over the other commuters, I decided to walk.
To do so faster than usual was the last thing on my mind though, as my cold has gone from ‘impending’ to ‘critical’.
If I’m still upright by the end of the day I’ll see if I can pick up the pace a little on my way home.
