Seated squeezes
When you’re sitting down today, place a bottle of water between your thighs, squeeze it and then relax, keeping your feet flat on the floor.
Do this 15-20 times, and repeat as many times throughout the day as you can.
This will strengthen your inner thigh muscles.

I like the activities that I can do at the same time as something else, like this one, which I did throughout the day while I was sitting at my desk at work.
Being able to get on with other things takes some of the effort out of the exercises because you don’t have to set aside time specially.
Squeezing the bottle was a simple exercise and I can see why, over a longer period of time, it would tone the inner thigh muscles as I could feel the effect more as the day went on.
