Stand on tiptoes
Stand with your feet hip-width apart, squeeze your buttock muscles and gently roll yourself onto your tiptoes.
Then lower yourself back to your starting position.
Repeat 10-15 times.
This will strengthen your calf muscles and tone your buttocks.

I got quite into this one and ended up doing about 30 ‘reps’. I could feel it working the muscles it was supposed to.
Later on, I was doing some ironing and decided to multi-task and do some of the Happy New You activities at the same time. So I did another 15 tiptoe exercises and then made sure I was standing evenly on two feet, straightened my spine, pushed my shoulders back, and pulled in my abdominal and buttock muscles.
I like the way the individual exercises are simple enough that you can mix and match them into mini-workouts, without feeling like it’s a massive effort.

Hello,actually i would want to appreciate this effort of helping others through the internet.I want to ask that is there any excersice which can be helpful in height increasement.As i am not that tall and i want to increase my height.thanx
