Stand still
If you are standing in line at some point today, you can exercise your back and abdominal muscles.
Stand evenly on two feet, straighten your spine, push your shoulders back, pull in your abdomen and clench your buttocks.
Hold for 8 seconds and repeat 10 times.

I try to make sure I stand and sit up straight but I do sometimes catch myself slouching, so my posture could do with a bit of improvement.
I was standing in line a couple of times today so managed to straighten up my posture and pull my muscles in. I did it when I was spending other time standing up too, like when I was brushing my teeth and when I was in the shower.
I like the idea of taking something ordinary like standing in line and using it as an opportunity to exercise or do something positive for my health.
