Bicep bottles
Holding a small bottle of water, sit or stand with your feet hip-width apart and your back straight, bend your arm at the elbow in a bicep curl.
Keep your elbow close to your body.
Repeat 10 times, then swap arms.
This helps maintain the tone in your upper arms.
PLEASE NOTE the illustration showing an exercise using a small water bottle refers to Tricep Toning on the 24th.

Another great example of how you can use everyday items to exercise. You can pay anything from £7 - £50 for a pair of dumbbells, or if you just want to try an exercise like this without committing yourself to buying the equipment – only to leave it gathering dust at the back of the wardrobe after the novelty’s worn off – you can pay under a pound for a little bottle of water.
I did the bicep curls standing up as I found that made it easier to move my arms. I only did ten on each arm, but I think I could have done more because it wasn’t feeling too difficult.
It’d be nice if this exercise strengthened my arms as well as toning them, because my upper body strength is practically non-existent!
